ATM (At the Money) # When the Current price of underlying equals the exercise Price,
OTM (OUT of the Money) # A call is OTM when the current price of the underlying Security is below the exercise Price and PUT is OTM when the Current Price of Underlying is above the Exercise Price,
ITM (In the Money) # A Call is in the Money When the Current Price of the underlying Security is above the exercise Price. A Put is in ITM when the current Price of underlying below the exercise Price
